A register of which paid survey companies still exist and which of them pay.
SurveysSay reviews paid survey sites. It has done since 2013, and for most of that time it was what every site in this category is: a list of panels with affiliate links, written once and left alone.
The problem with leaving it alone is that this industry does not sit still. Of the 240 companies covered here, 23 have shut down and 11 now trade under a different name. A review that does not know that is worse than no review - it sends someone to sign up for something that no longer exists.
So the site was rebuilt around one idea: check first, write second.
How we check
Everything on this site was verified on 31 July 2026, and every page says so.
Whether the company still exists
We request each company's homepage and follow the redirects. A domain that no longer resolves, returns a 404, or has been listed for sale is marked shut down. One that redirects to a different company is marked renamed, and we name where it went. Sites whose operating status cannot be confirmed are excluded from the directory, and their former review URLs redirect to the homepage.
What members say
We show Trustpilot ratings and review counts. These reflect the people who chose or were invited to leave feedback; they do not guarantee earnings or payment.
Ratings with fewer than 25 reviews are not displayed. For ordering, smaller samples are weighted toward a neutral score so they do not outrank substantial evidence merely because of a few enthusiastic reviews.
Whether it is a survey site at all
Several of the most heavily advertised names in this category do not run surveys and never pay you. They are lead generators - they collect your email and sell it to panels and offer networks, and take a fee for the referral. They are labelled and ranked below every genuine panel.
What we do not do
- We do not take payment for a listing, a ranking, or a kinder write-up.
- We do not publish invented member quotes or made-up earnings figures.
- We do not claim to have personally tested every panel here. Where our information comes from a third party, we name it.
Where the older reviews came from
Many review pages carry an archived section from the previous version of this site. That material has not been re-tested, and it sometimes describes a company that has since closed. It is labelled wherever it appears, and the verified status at the top of the page always takes precedence over it.
Money
Some outbound links to survey panels earn this site a commission if you sign up. That is how it is funded. It does not affect whether a site is listed, where it ranks, or what we say about it - several of the sites we rank highest pay us nothing, and several that pay well are rated poorly here.
